When Will My Order Ship?
The average order ships in just 2-4 business days. This excludes heavier or oversized area rugs. You will be notified via email when your order does ship, so make sure to check your inbox. You can also track your order by logging in to our system
How Can I Return A Rug?

How Long Does it Take To Receive a Refund?
Most refunds are sent 30-days following the received return. When your return is completed, we will notify you via email.
