Depending on the manufacturer and size/shape of the rug, it can take up to 3-4 weeks; however most rugs usually arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date the order is placed on Rugzilla.com. As soon as the rug is shipped, Rugzilla.com will provide you with a tracking number so you may monitor the package.

Rugzilla.com does not charge shipping for orders within the Continental United States. Orders placed from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico will incur fees as described on our Shipping Information page.

If your rug has been damaged due to shipment, please e-mail Rugzilla.com at info@rugzilla.com. We will arrange for your rug to be picked up and shipped back to the manufacture along with arrangements for you to receive your new rug.

At this time, Rugzilla.com only ships inside the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The most common form of shipping method will be FedEX Ground; however depending on the rug manufacturer, this shipping method can change. All rugs will come rolled and wrapped in a protective sheet.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your rug upon arrival, please e-mail Rugzilla.com at info@rugzilla.com within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. All return penalties will apply (see here).

In order to return a rug that you have received, you must first contact Rugzilla.com at info@rugzilla.com to receive a return authorization number. Once this number is provided to you, Rugzilla.com will provide all additional information on where and how to ship your rug back.

If the reason for shipping a rug back is due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage, Rugzilla.com will arrange for the pickup of your rug. If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

At Rugzilla.com, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At this time, we do not accept checks.

We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that isn't accessible from the Internet.
