Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or stop an order from being processed. All return and refund policies apply.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your rug purchase, simply contact us at info@rugzilla.com within 15 days of receiving your rug and request a return authorization number. Once you obtain a return number, you will be given further instructions by a Rugzilla.com Customer Service Agent on where to return the rug for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee.

For order that are manufacturer defective upon arrival, please contact us at info@rugzilla.com within 3 days to receive a return authorization number. We will provide instructions on having your rug returned and information on a replacement rug being sent to you.

Please note: For all returns that are not manufacturer defective, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Orders returned without a return authorization number will be refused and sent back to customer. Rugzilla.com does not accept returns that have been soiled or damaged.

Return Requirements

  • Use the same packing material in which you received your area rug. Rolling or folding a rug differently can cause damage to the rug.
  • All original tags must be in place.
  • Return all paperwork that came with the shipment.
  • Use waterproof taping materials to seal all openings in the packaging.
  • Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when shipped. Rugzilla.com retains the right to refuse the return of dirty or damaged merchandise.
  • Return shipping charges and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
