If a defect in your area rug is found, please contact Rugzilla.com by sending an email to info@rugzilla.com. We will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours.

To better assist us, please have your original order information available.

A refund or replacement at the manufactures discretion will be provided if the manufacturer determines a manufacturers' defect occurred.
